What happens when our inner voice is calling within for flight yet, we stay grounded? What keeps us grounded from realizing the beauty, dreams, and inspiration within? This question arose as I contemplated the answers and slowly realized, for me it was fear.

Fear of doing what was calling within kept me grounded, fear of lack, not having enough money, qualifications, support, Know-How, fear...Fear seemed to pull at me and at times keep me grounded when I desired flight! This realization alone allowed for the release and knowing it's a choice each day - to fly.

What keeps you from taking flight and spreading your fabulous colors in the sunlight? This image is an homage to the inner struggle of such a journey, a journey that I believe calls within each one of us and is only a matter of time before - we must snip the ties that bind!
